K Rend Contractors

We are approved K Rend contractors and are able to supply and fit all K Rend products for our commercial and domestic clients.

K Rend contractor services, these include the following;

• K Rend Textured Finish – This is a self coloured render whereby a client chooses the render colour they would like us to install and the render finish is in that particular colour. This is the best type of finish for application on brickwork or blockwork. This is normally applied in conjunction with a K Rend Base Coat such as a HPX or HP12 basecoat. This application process is also suitable for ashlar cutting. This finish is available in 20 standard K Rend colours. One of the key advantages of this render is the fact that it is a very low maintenance render. This render can be hand applied or machine applied depending on the size of the project and specification.

• Thin Coat – This is a silicone based render and comes in two different textures which are the TC15 & TC30. This K-Rend rendering service comes in a variety of colours. This is usually the most suitable render finish for external wall insulation (EWI) and render boards. This hand applied render offers a natural looking finish and it allows the substrate to breathe. Furthermore it is a weather resistant render which means that the maintenance is relatively low and will not require painting.

• K Rend Roughcast – This external render comes in self coloured finish whereby a client chooses the render colour they would like us to install and the render finish is in that particular colour. This can be used as an alternative to dry dash which will also provide an attractive through colour finish.
